On the top of my list over best transitional pieces right now is definitely the kimono. As mornings and evenings are starting to get cooler while it can be pretty hot in the sun in daytime, the kimono is the perfect piece for fall. Not only does it instantly give you that glamorous yet laid back look, it is also so easy to wear and fits most. This vintage kimono in gold, grey brown and purple was a vintage find from Wasteland in L.A earlier this year and I used it frequently during spring. But somehow it fits even better now with my fall wardrobe and the colors that I find most inspiring at the moment. I love to wear it both tied or untied, it looks great either way. These photos are from last Saturday when we strolled around West Village, stopping for brunch at our favorite spot and then just walked around soaking up the sun and the crisp fall air.
I’m wearing: Vintage kimono from Wasteland L.A, Vintage burgundy blouse from Buffalo Exchange,
H&M jeans, Topshop bangle, Vintage sunnies, Chanel bag and Frye boots
