I often think back of the great summer days that I had in Sweden this summer. It was such a boost of positive energy to meet old friends and family and to just lazily hang out in my old hoods. I think I saw Sweden with fresh eyes this time, seeing its beauty from an outside perspective. I’ve been abroad for almost three years now and over time I’ve been visiting less and less. So I could really appreciate everything around me tenfold compared to a normal summer a few years back! The fresh air and clean water, the forests and beautiful nature, the food I didn’t have for a year and the picturesque spots that are absolutely everywhere, everything impressed me and reminded me of how lucky I am so can call this my home.
So here are some photos from Sweden that I have not yet shared with you, taken throughout the month I spend there in July and August. I can’t wait to go next time!
