Free People Waterfall Vest

by Elsa Termenon on May 31, 2011

Yesterday was Memorial Day here and it was sweltering hot. I spend most of my day in a bikini in the backyard, drinking ice tea and listening to swedish radio. After lunch though I switched into this vintage romper and a new-ish favorite in the wardrobe: the Free People Waterfall vest, that I got on sale in the FP store a month or so ago. It is a challenge to get dressed in this heat, I’m telling you, but these two light pieces worked perfectly together. Let’s take a closer look…

Funnily I realized that last Memorial Day I was wearing the exact same romper – from now on I’ll call it the Memorial Day romper.

This vest is pretty amazing, I love all the thin layers in different sheer fabrics. Free People surely knows their stuff!

It’s the kind of piece that will change an outfit completely and work with so many different styles.

Bangles from one of my trips in India.

Cobra cuff from India.

My new vintage straw bag from Etsy is another new favorite. I love how you can lock it in the front, so practical!

I’m wearing: Vintage romper, Free People Waterfall Vest, Vintage Straw bag, Jeffrey Campbell Sandals and Ray Ban Sunnies.

haha, vad kul att du hade den förra året också! västen ser superskön ut, och jag gillar verkligen locket och låset på korgen, smart!
