This week the weather has drastically turned tropical and any attempt to wear anything else than thin flowy dresses and sandals right now, is deemed to fail. This vintage tie dye dress has proved to be perfect in tackling the heat. You might have seen it in this post before, however with the right accessories it works as great in the city as on the beach.
Now it’s Thursday evening and I’m trying to recover from a really bad cold that I’ve been fighting for the last few days. Tomorrow it’s my birthday and we’re going to celebrate it with a Mexican dinner and what is supposed to be the city’s best Margaritas, so there’s no time for feeling ill… I’m drinking home made Ayurvedic cold remedies right now and hoping for the best!
This vintage straw bag is a bargain from Etsy. I love it – it has a lot of personality!
The lattice lace boots are from Jeffrey Campbell. Seen here before.
Orange nail polish in “Caliente” from O.P.I.
The necklace is handmade from a girl I met in India.
This is one of my most treasured necklaces. It is a gift from friends in India and is from Gujarat in the Northwest.
I’m wearing: Vintage tie dye dress, sunnies bag and belt, necklaces from India, Jeffrey Campbell shoes.
