On Sunday it was such a sunny and nice spring time weather, in contrast to rainy grey Saturday, so we decided to walk around East Village a bit after brunch. I was wearing my vintage kimono wich was one of the things I got at Wasteland in L.A a few weeks back. This kimono jacket has quickly turned out to be a real favorite as I have worn it quite a lot lately. I think it just brightens up any ordinary “jeans and t-shirt”-look which is quite useful when you’re in a hurry getting dressed in the mornings!
What I love about this kimono is the thick and matte material which, opposed to its more silky cousins, feels more like a jacket than a robe.
The jewel colors are also one of the reasons why I like it so much. Ruby red and amber…. a fab combination indeed!
