Magnolia Blossoms

Today was the first day of this spring that I’ve been able to wear a dress without tights, it’s been such a warm wonderful day! I ended up wearing this top to toe vintage outfit for brunch with my parents who arrived from Sweden yesterday evening.

The dress is a 70′s neon paisley dress that I got a month back at Buffalo Exchange in Philadelphia. It is so festive and fun – I see myself wearing this one a lot this summer. Isn’t the magnolias I chose for the background just the prettiest flower? You see these huge magnolia trees everywhere in our neighborhood right now, and I just adore them!

The vintage round sunnies are also from Buffalo Exchange in Philadelphia.

Orange nails (Caliente from O.P.I) and a new necklace from Forever 21.

The cowboy boots I got at American Vintage in L.A has gotten a new insole from the shoemaker and feel like new!

    aren’t they the best blossoms in the world, you cannot stop looking at them, a genius trick of nature. anyway, i love that dress and the combination with the boots, it is like Woodstock girl meets bohemian Dallas girl. i love it, the color of the boots look smashing with the dress. this dress is so hard to wear because of the cut, but it looks phenomenal on you. i adore the little details on the sleeves. perfect outfit for spring
