Vintage in Williamsburg

Today I took the subway to Williamsburg and went straight to one of my absolute favorite vintage stores on earth: Beacon’s Closet. I then spent a few hours in there finding so many great items that I just couldn’t get everything! I did make some great finds and I’m excited to share it here on Styleabaad. But first: here are some fabulous things that I didn’t buy (for different reasons)! Still they make great inspiration!

A cute dress with this amazing print. Just not my size.

Oh god. The indian within me wanted it so bad!

This one is great too.

A leather poncho is what my closet is craving… but it had some ugly stains on it!

This is heaven in form of a jacket. I tried it and pulled the sleeves but no matter what I did… the sleeves were still 3 inches too short.

A 1980′s Dior jacket on sale!

Cute dress with great paisley print – loving it. Can’t remember why I didn’t get it. Seems very illogical.

A Missoni-ish blouse that could have been perfect, but it had a few holes in the back…

    Wow…om det var dom plaggen du INTE köpte, då ska det bli mycket spännande att se de andra. Mocka ponchon alltså….a love story….Jag har annars också det där problemet med lite för långa armar för de flesta vintage jackorna, i vissa fall löser jag det med långa handskar. Men med skinnjackor kan de kanske vara lite känsligt.

    Ja, samma sak varje gång med ärmarna, brukar göra som du men denna gången var det lite för stort glapp… Suck! Så det blev ingen jacka men väl lite annat!
